4000 is not a large number. Furthermore, things can be said that carry a meaning interpretable within the context of a venue, and possess an altogether different meaning when subjected to external critique. So, in that sense, it's secretive if the event is closed to the press.

The issue maybe aid to Israel. There was some controversy when Bibi Netanyho(spelling) announced they were getting the 11 billion dollar hand out from the US taxpayer and Condi guaranteed it.
