On Japanese TV on Dec 19, 2004 cocksure politician Shintaro Ishihara, Tokyo Pref. Governor, said China can't buy worse French TGV for Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway project. He cowardlily didn't say better German ICE3.
I think 2nd best ICE3 of safety country Germany is better for China than best Shinkansen of risky country Japan. Because the rail system needs electric power station with radar. Nikkei News on Dec 17, 2004 -- The 1st bid holds for the project on Jan 20, 2005 and Chinese Rail Official has indeed already selected Japan because China postponed the bid from beginning of 2004 to Jan 2005. I believe Toshiba surveillance operators mind-controlled Chinese Rail officials to interrupt Siemens AG for "China's Railway Upgrade project of 5 lines". Germany lost Chinese partner at the last moment and couldn't bid. I hate Japan of PM Junichiro Koizumi with only a criminal mason Toshiba Corp. So Toshiba Corp, Japan is craziest. America should know Toshiba is the origin of new Pearl Harbor. by Seitaro Kanamaru, a Japanese |

I read that the Germans are going be supplying some high speed trains (ICE) to Russia.
America has long distance rail (Amtrak) but American's have not really embraced public transport. China need more rail infrastructure, I hope they pick a European company to supply their trains.

Thank you for your responses. And I like this site although you may not like me. (Toshiba pretenders hate me so they want to kill me by radar.)
I said I hate Japan which doesn't ruin craziest criminal Toshiba Corp but Japan will win. (I believe PM Junichiro Koizumi is of Toshiba mason.) Of Course, Toshiba mind-controls Chinese. Do you think Japan will win too ? by Seitaro Kanamaru, a Japanese Toshiba is radar-armed N. Korea and the origin of new Pearl Harbor. |

Siemens got 60 train sets Nov 10, 2005.
Chinese Ministry of Railways held a bid for 100 train sets (or 800 cars), 200 and 300 km/h, of China's High-Speed Railway on Oct 10, 2005. And Japanese "Shinkansen" consortium and German "ICE" consortium joined it.
Japanese consortium is of Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd, Hitachi Ltd, Mitsubishi Electric Corp, Itochu Corp, Marubeni Corp and Mitsubishi Corp with Chinese partner Nanche Sifang Locomotive Co. Of course, (maybe 40) other Japanese like Toshiba Corp join it. Siemens AG got a 669 million euros contract to build 60 high-speed train (sets) with its Chinese partner company, Tangshan Locomotive & Rolling Stock Works of the China Northern Locomotive & Rolling Stock Industry (Group) Corporation (CNR) on Nov 10, 2005, while Chinese President Hu Jintao went on Europe tour for UK-Germany-Spain. The Chinese high-speed train (the CRH 3) is based on the the ICE 3 "Velaro" for Deutsche Bahn (DB AG). The trains, which can travel at speeds of up to 300 kilometers an hour, are to be used initially on the Beijing-Tianjin route as of 2008 and will be deployed on other high-speed routes later on. http://www.siemens.com/index.jsp?sdc...tentid=1328506 Anyway, I knew Siemens naturally got another Chinese partner (, not Changchun Railway Vehicles Co,) this time. In this case, Japanese didn't interrupt German using Toshiba's mind-control. I also knew this later on Nov 11, 2005. http://www.dw-world.de/dw/article/0,...sh_top-388-rdf Germany's price was pretty cheap, therefore, China might take off France for the price before the bid. I calcurated. Germany's price for a train car was 191.7M yen in new project, Canada's, 237.5M yen, Japan's, 262.5M yen and France's, 343.8M yen in Chinese Railway Upgrade Project of 5 lines. And Japan's price maybe would be higher in new project than Germany's. However, I care Japan will get many of 100 train sets. (I don't hope it because Toshiba Corp, the most risky World enemy, is one of 40 companies for Japan's "Shinkansen" exportation.) France really didn't join the bid ? If France joined the bid, it will get some at Premier Wen Jiabao's visit in early December, 2005. Did Chinese President Hu Jintao visit France on Europe tour if France didn't have a riot ? I a little suspect Toshiba-led Japan made a riot in France using mind-control to interrupt China-France business. Because former Toshiba Chairman Taizo Nishimuro and Toshiba spy Japanese PM Junichiro Koizumi could do it enough. And I really hope Bush and Putin won't be mind-controlled Nov 15 to 16, 2005 and Nov 20 to 22, 2005 in Japan by Nishimuro and Koizumi. by (Mr.) Seitaro Kanamaru, a Japanese I am an Mind-Control Victim by Toshiba Corp since 1997. http://www.perc.ca/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=794 (My face is at http://www.discussanything.com/forum...d.php?p=838876.) * My site in Japanese http://jbbs.livedoor.jp/news/1301/ |

Yahoo Japan News (Yomiuri Shimbun), Nov 21, 2005 - China will soon contract with Japanese consortium and its Chinese partner company, Nanche Sifang Locomotive Co for 60 high-speed train set.
The Japanese consortium are of Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd, Hitachi Ltd, Mitsubishi Electric Corp, Mitsubishi Corp, Itochu Corp and Marubeni Corp. The Chinese high-speed train is based on Shinkansen "Hayate". Japan and Germany got 60 high-speed train sets for each other. French TGV consortium got nothing. China had informed it would buy trains from Japan and Germany in Oct 2005. China didn't hold a bid but a promise on Oct 10, 2005. Japanese price is not still opened but it would be higher than German price. This news is the first. Japanese price may be opened tomorrow. I believe, Japan (Toshiba Corp, PM Junichiro Koizumi and Japan's Space Agency JAXA) mind-controlled Chinese officials of Railway of Ministry and Japan got too much. And Japanese PM Junichiro Koizumi went to Yasukuni Shrine on Oct 17, 2005. (Koizumi went there after the Oct 10, 2005's promise.) Anyway, Japan won but I didn't hope. I really want Chinese people to severely care Toshiba's thermoelectric power station for Shinkansen system. Because It can be an new mind-control infrastructure. by (Mr.) Seitaro Kanamaru, a Japanese I am an Mind-Control Victim by Toshiba Corp since 1997. http://www.perc.ca/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=794 (My face is at http://www.discussanything.com/forum...d.php?p=838876.) * My site in Japanese http://jbbs.livedoor.jp/news/1301/ |
