Duke Rape Case Paternity Test
The accuser in the Duke Lacrosse rape case had a child and the judge in the case has ordered paternity tests for the three students accused of rape nine months ago.
I can't get a link yet ,but it is true.

Paternity tests, DNA, etc. really have nothing to do with this case. Statistics show that most rapists are convicted on evidence other than DNA. The defense is trying to use murky math and voodoo to have the case tossed out of court. Ain't gonna happen.

Didn't they already drain a bunch of jizz out of this skank and test like a dozen players in attendance at her strip show and none of them matched? I thought this was settled.

Were those lacrosse players so careful as to use condoms when they allegedly raped her and then she went out and had sex with three other men who didn't think to be so careful? (not being aware of the fancy new math?) I don't know if the Duke players had sex with her or not, but there are so many issues that relate directly to the alleged victim's credibility. Maybe they did rape her and were careful, or maybe they didn't and she saw a paycheck and her 15 minutes of fame.

Well actually the doctor 1st said that the DNA matched. Funny thing was eventually what was said to be positive 'turned negative.' I can't believe it. The boys are coughing up big bucks to try and buy the case. There's no way they had such a party and 'nothing happened.' Especially, with so much funny business on the defense side. Like my boy Mojado said, there are way more other charges that they are clearly guilty of. For instance, what was her and three boys doing in the restroom aside from the other players? She can't really recall and why did the boys throw her nails in the trash? Looks like they had a party while she was 'asleep' and tried to fix the scene. Anyone 'not believing' this girl, is merely trying hard not to. They were in the restroom, which sounds like to me the boys may have used as a cover, unlike using a bedroom. Then all of this came about.
