I care my father has a card of Member of the House of Representatives 衆議院 Nariaki Nakayama 中山成彬, the husband of leader of abductee supporter Kyoko Nakayama 中山恭子. The reason
Toshiba Corp as mind-control abuse 24 hours a day since Dec 1, 1999 (Nov 1997 in my unconsciousness) and no one Japanese Government (like PM Office 首相官邸, Ministry of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications 総務省 or police) help me desperately.

The mission
To meet US Senators and Representatives not pro-Toshiba and persons of American Enterprise Institute (AEI) to get their supports and to be a refugee to America for
an Infringement of Human Rights as a serious crime sufferer under American Government and to add Toshiba Corp on the list of "The Axis of Evil" terrorist group and last to ruin Toshiba Corp with America.
If America gives me the permission, I explain the crime from Toshiba Corp to me to my father and mother under the America's protection. (My father and mother can think nothing about my case in Japan under the Toshiba's mind-control interruption.) (I make my father and mother understand I was not a crazy.) About my father and mother
If America accepts me as a refugee and I can work there, I return father's money for me. 　アメリカに行って、アメリカ政府(反東芝の(東芝親派でない)下院議員や上院議員、ネオコンと呼ばれる有 力シンクタンクAmerican Enterprise Institute (AEI)の人など)に訴えでて、アメリカ政府に正当な深刻な犯罪被害者として亡命者として受け入れてもら い、最終的にはサポートしてもらい、東芝を北朝鮮政府と同等に、テロリスト集団(凶悪犯罪組織)のリストに 加えてもらい東芝を完全に壊滅させるため。

From Aug 27, 2006 in Japan I started to go to good person politician's home by bicycle and to post my letter including my thread "My timing to go to Washington DC, America". I added the letter to a piece of paper. The paper tells "I went to Liberal Democratic Party's Tokyo Seikei Forum, Jul 28, 2006, a political party for money, only to give someone Diet member my letter, but I couldn't give him it. My father was given 4 tickets.", "Help my parents like Mrs Sakie and Mr Shigeru Yokota after my leaving Japan." and "Watch me because a decision party (Liberal Democratic Party) can unfairly label me a schizophrenia man to interrupt my leaving Japan for Japan's pride or for dictator Toshiba Corp's order".
Why by bicycle ? I have wondered my e-mails and letters really reached their homes ? Toshiba Corp interrupted all ? Anyway I must show them my letter once before my seeking asylum. My free delivery is also important for me, no money. It saves my parents' money because my parents are poor. So I want many persons to read my letter.
(I don't want to say very much but in Japan it is unexpectedly eazy to get politicians' home addresses from public book, news and internet. I don't try to meet them, to talk to them nor to watch them.)

On Sep 5, 2006 in Tokyo, Japan, I searched the house in Tokyo of former PM Yasuhiro Nakasone 中曽根康弘 (maybe, and Member of the House of Councilors Hirofumi Nakasone 中曽根弘文) for about a hour and found it. The house doesn't have an nameplate and has a police box just like a picture on Yasuhiro Nakasone's homepage. There were 2 police men. I asked a police man "Is this Nakasone's house ? I want to post my letter." He said "Yes" and then suspected me. He asked me about me. I answered "I only want to post my letter." and others. He had a phone and called to someone. And he said "You can't post here. You can post at Nakasone Office in Sabo Kaikan 砂防会館." He asked "May I take you to my police station ? If you want to give master Nakasone your letter." and I answered "Yes" and he called a police car and we went to Mejiro Police Station 警視庁目白署 by a police car. Honestly I was shocked. He also said "This is a program against a terrorist." and of course, I agreed his action but I'm a criminal sufferer not a criminal. Surely, it was 16:30 to 17:00 when I reached Nakasone house and was 17:30 when we left there.

I knew from the newspaper that a communist was unfairly arrested to post his paper to homes before. Therefore, I prepared I can be unfairly arrested if police is fool. I think the arrest will inform my case "Toshiba mind-control abuse crime to me".

But it wasn't a arrest. It was for an interview of me. 5 police men touched the my case.
At the police sation, police copied my car licence card and my letter. When police checked my baggage, I showed them my broken pipe with a light explanation. A crazy Toshiba operator in a Remote Surveillance Center broke my iron pipe exit of water supply of my kitchen by microwave on Jun 13, 2002 and I always have the pipe in my bag not to be stolen it in my home by Toshiba persons.
A police would read my letter for Mr Yasuhiro Nakasone. A police man, about in 50, not kindly said "You want to seek asylum. 亡命したいんだ".
One of 5 last said "Master Nakasone can't receive your letter." (I felt police, not Mr Yasuhiro Nakasone, decided it.) He said "Please don't come to only Nakasone's home !". And he said, maybe as a joke, "You'd better to go to Renho 蓮舫's home." because I had her living address on name list in my notebook. I asked "Can I post my letter to Nakasone's home through post office ?" and he said "Yes. But Nakasone may not read it."
Police took 2 pictures of me by Polaroid camera. As a general civilian I should refuse it. Police has got my picture on car licence card.
I was released about at 18:30. We spent about 30 min to a hour. I don't have a watch. But all police men almost weren't coercive.

It was good for me that police copied and read my letter. If I meet police for my Toshiba case, police doesn't treat me right. I sent my letter to police 2 times on Jan 30, 2004 and before but police didn't call me.
On my seeking asylum, I can appeal Japan's police doesn't help me. (I don't blame Japan's police because it can't help me against crazy dictator Toshiba Corp.)

I will not go to Yasuhiro Nakasone's home. But I may go to Sabo Kaikan 砂防会館. I believe Mr Yasuhiro Nakasone is a good man. Police didn't say "Don't go to Sabo Kaikan.". Sabo Kaikan has other 2 good politicians.
I care Toshiba Corp could mind-control-abuse Mr Yasuhiro Nakasone for unfair resentment at Toshiba-Kongsberg case. I suspect Reagan's Alzheimer's disease was Toshiba Corp's mind-control abuse. When PM Junichiro Koizumi, or Taizo Nishimuro's man, made Nakasone's retirement, Mr Nakasone stated "This is a political coup." My father got drunk and came back home at 9:25 PM and yelling against me surely by 10:30. A same cowardly crazy Toshiba man mind-controlled my father and the man said cowardlily through my father again from Aug 19, 2006.
When my family lives in a calm relationship beyond the Toshiba Corp's mind-control abuse crime to me, Toshiba Corp inputs 'evil mind' data to my father.

On Nov 30, 2006 in Tokyo, Japan I went to the Counseling for Crime Sufferers of Japan's Police 警視庁・犯罪被害者相談所.
I first made an memo about my case and a counselor man was selected. A counselor could be a police person, Tokyo Crime Sufferers Support Center person 犯罪被害者支援都民センター職員, Tokyo Public Office person 東京都の専門相談員 or else. I questioned my counselor but he answered only a consultant.
I prepared police's hostility. Because police had caught me once on Aug 27, 2006 and I posted my letter to 123 politicians' homes by the day. However, I could tell my counselor about my Toshiba Crime case.

This was good things. My counselor said "All talks are reported to Japan's Police.". I gave him my papers about my Toshiba Crime case.
This was bad things. I called police for the intrusion case with a trace on my PC once in Mar 2000, detective Kenjiro Fujii 藤井健次郎 and 3 his members of Kameari Police 亀有警察署 didn't check my PC.
My counselor didn't affirm that microwave abuse and microwave mind-control exist. While I said police might know microwave crimes and microwave mind-control as common sense, showing Dr Shingo Takahashi 高橋紳吾's book "図解 洗脳撃退マニュアル". While I said Toshiba Corp clearly abused also my parents. He only said to me "You knew microwave abuse and microwave mind-control." as he meant I knew them for my fun.
This was funny things. At 8:30 am, on Dec 14, 2006 in Tokyo, Japan a police man, 40s or 50s years old, came to my home and in the outside of my home he questioned about me to my mother, not to me.
I heard he confirmed my home, my name and my date of birth.

New criminal case 'Richland リッチランド', the bogus investment, came up on news on Jan 30, 2007 afternoon in Japan.

If Toshiba person criminals don't mind-control, an ordinary person can notice Kingsley Capital Inc キングスレイキャピタル is same as Richland リッチランド.

However, my father almost doesn't watch the news.
On Jan 30, 2007 evening and Jan 31, 2007 evening, Yomiuri Shimbun 読売新聞, Asahi Shimbun 朝日新聞 or Tokyo Shimbun 東京新聞 informed it in loud tone.
But my father's core news sources are Nihonkeizai Shimbun 日本経済新聞 and Monta Mino みのもんた's TBS TV morning news '朝ズバ [Asazuba]'. Nihonkeizai Shimbun informed it in quietest tone. Monta Mino's TV news maybe didn't inform it. My mother watched the news on the TV program on Jan 31, 2007 but I think it's a lie for Toshiba person's mind-control.
