Did you hike over the vacation? Where did you hike?

I did 3 hikes on my trip to Arizona -

11/28 - Picacho Peak in Picacho Peak State Park. Very close to I-10 between Phoenix and Tucson.
12/31 - Loop hike in Sagauro National Park West including Wasson Peak. 15 miles.
1/2 - Tanque Verde Peak in Saguaro National Park East and 1.5 miles down the other side (which has better views, including the taller Mica Mountain and Rincon Peak). 20 miles.

I hiked in and out of the woods a few times w/ a rifle and a pack on my back in the MD eastern flat-lands over the break... and hiked out w/ a deer once over the break.

a long walk especially for pleasure or exercise.

i hiked 6 miles at Jenny Jump State Forest on 1/1. more would have been nice, but i had other plans that afternoon.
