It's a cut and paste job. I think rotten.com got in trouble with one of the jewish groups for some parady they made up like this one.

I think the average dumbed down Amercian will not realize these people are not Arabs or Muslims but Indians who are Sihks( a branch of the Hindu religion)

You are correct. Some will realize that it was done in jest, but none the less they will say something like" so f'en what, god dam ragheads going around in the dessert they have to be doing something with their spare time!" still not realizing these people in the picture are not Arabs or Muslims.
