Meredith, remember that feeling when love was new? When it was pure, unbiased, unsexual attraction to a member of the opposite sex? You're feeling it again...
(my muse speaks to me often... this is her typing debut)

Wow.... how could I have forgotten what it was like? I am so happy.... (I'm now thinking what a stark contrast this must be to my last post in my journal) One of my good friends became more this fine evening. And what an opposite he is to dear old previous-boyfriend-poo-head. (YESSSS!!!)
My second meaningful kiss..... well you know what I mean. the 2nd person.
*sigh* what more can I say?
I'm proud of myself. I finally overcame the fear of rejection and put myself out there enough to find someone again. I don't know where this will lead. But I'm not afraid anymore. It just goes to show how I've learned from past experience. Those of you who know me know what I'm talking about. Those of you who don't... well let's just say that I've had an interesting past with a clingy, lying jerk who was ultra-deceptive and self-absorbed... though I was too blinded with love to see it then. I know what it is to love. But I want to know what it feels like to BE loved. I was afraid to take the steps to try to find out again. But I finally did it. It seems so adultly juvenile. hmmmm....

It's good to live life day by day and not dwell too much on what happened or what could. I'm happy now dammit... so there, Boone!!!
