What is the most important quality in a political leader?
Obviously there are many qualities that are important and necessary, but before we even get to those other things, what should be the first and foremost quality in a president or other high-ranking government official?

 I didn't know this was a right/wrong question. We already figured out that 'character', 'loyalty', and 'morality' are all subjective, so I didn't even know that was part of the equation. Of course we'd all say someone who thought exactly what we all think (the same definitions of 'character', 'loyalty', and 'morality' included) would be the most important quality in a leader, but I thought that was a cop out. Intelligence though...yeah that's incredibly crucial.
