i looked down a young lady's blouse
as she bent over to do something in her bag at work today-and she caught me
 hnoes:-satan is accusing me and making me feel terrible about myself.doubtless she'll go the ceo and i'll behauled into court and i'll have to drain my bank account defending myself and be stuck in a prison cell with an aryan brotherhood homosexual psychopath with aids. thank goodness i only go through this about 6 times a month...

As always, honesty is the best policy. Apologize if you think you may have offended her. Tell her that you think she's a lovely person, and would hate to compromise a comfortable working environment because of an unfortunate momentary indescretion. If she's reasonable, then you probably won't get stuck with a harassment complaint. And the interest in her feelings will score points. Offer to buy her lunch as a way of making it up to her.
