The ass backwards public school psychology is to remove the kid. That in fact rewards this sick behavior he learned from watching TV and stupid stuff on the internets. The kid should simply have the crap beaten out of him by another student and then they should forget the incident and move on with important stuff like who is having sex with the teachers.

Jail time, and serious psychiatric help. There's a strong possibility that he is a serious threat to society. If he were a rotweiler, we'd just put him down and be done with it.

Kids accidentally kill ducks all the time. My cousin did when he was 3. Thought they needed a drink and held them under water. He turned out fine. I knew another kid who tortured animals. The old kitten in the microwave trick. His parent beat him regularly. When he was 11 he decided it would be cool to pour gasoline on his brother and set him on fire.
