Remember your dream? Post it here.

I was working for presumably xxxxxx (construction) and suddenly there were bombs being dropped all around us in the distance- I called my husband on his cell phone because I thought he would know what was going on- he works at NASA (lol) but there was a lot of commotion going on and I could barely hear- someone else answered his phone and although I didn't actually hear it it seemed that the person on the other end of the phone was offering me a job- and I remember asking him - I'm sorry did I hear you correctly? You are offering me a job? I guess the person on the other end of the phone 'knew' me (more like when we would go into my husbands previous employment type of know me as opposed to me going to JPL) and he confirms that he has offered me a job because of his status there or with him personally. Then I am somewhere- I think there at JPL but I am standing around with some other women- whom already 'work' there and there are racks of strange dresses and coats- strange elaborate clothing like you'd see on some futuristic show or something...and outside the window was a couple and they were 'practicing' some sort of dance or routine- and she didnt look happy that I was watching...so I turned back to the racks of clothes and was watching the others in their clothes and wondering exactly what was all this for?

The last dream I had was not, er, family-friendly.

Last night I had this dream where I needed to use the washroom really badly. So I went pee. And when I woke up...

I also hate going to the bathroom in my dreams. Weird!

But anyways I have dreams that I can remember but look back on them and don't really know what they were about.

Dreams where I'm back in school I remember, trying to pass the class or something.

Just remember, you asked.

My best friend rented me 2 pornstars to do with what I will for 4 hours. I think one was that hot Latin Sativa Rose chick. Anyway, I got ready to do the biz, when the guilt of cheating on my wife became too much and I couldn't go through with it. Nope didn't lay a finger. Later my wife found out, but didn't believe that I didn't go through with and I got divorced anyway. The moral of my dream would seem to suggest is that I should have just plugged the porn stars in every hole and been done with it.

I dreamed I was on a bus, and we were driving across a lake on a dock, but in my dream was a perfectly fine bridge. The bus slid on the icy covered dock, turned onto it's side, and slid of the dock, and broke through the ice on the lake.
I woke up just before the freezing water gushing in the broken windows hit me.

Of course, I had this dream a few months ago. I can't remember what I dreamt past night, but I did remember this dream.

At least twice I remember. Once I fell off a cliff, and once I was stabbed to death.

Did you experience your actual death in both these instances and what do you remember feeling? What happened after you died, did your dream continue with you being dead, or did you wake up after your life had ceased?

When I fell I didn't feel anything, and just woke up after thinking 'I'm dead!' The stabbing hurt, and I woke up after I fell down and my blood spilled out. There's no way of knowing for sure if my life had really stopped in my dream, because there was no coroner present in my dream to pronounce me dead.

When I have dreams like that, I wake up when I'm dead. Guess it's like those video games.

I remember this dream where the house I live in was dropping into the ground. It kept on falling and I thought It would stop. But it didn't, I dropped into this pitch black abyss. Then I woke up, breathing fast and heart rate going.

I had a dream last night that Jojo came over to the house, ate all the food, and got my cat pregnant.

I had my first DA related dream last night.

I logged in and was checking the posts and they were all full of random, warped looking emoticons. I was just scolling and scrolling throught the posts, looking for something intelligible, but everything was emoticon infested.

Scary.

I actually remember having a dream last night, which is unusual. But I had very broken sleep anyway, so thats probably why I can still remember what happened.

I was watching a very odd TV program. It may have been a video, or might have been live streaming, I'm not sure. Either way, thats odd in itself as I only watch Dr Who, Lost and 24 anyway.

So, it turns out this program is a documentary. A very creepy one, about a kid who its believed is being abducted by aliens. There is some backstory about the family and a couple of weird incidents (one involving something in a parked car in broad daylight).

Then it gets really odd. For some reason, the kid, who was only like 5 or 6, had been given a new teddy bear, by his parents I think. This thing was huge. It was also rather creepy, in the right light or from the right angle. I mean, chills down spine oh god get it away from me creepy. And the kid had it every time something odd happened to him.

He and his parents and some outside observer of some sort (may have been the presenter, may have been a psychologist or paranormal expert, not sure) soon realized this, so they set up a camera in his room. It showed poltergeist style activity, very heavy things floating and moving around, and the teddy looking sinister as hell while it all happened.

Then I woke up.

Whats really bizzare is none of it was directly alien related, yet I knew, in the dream it was to do with abduction. Also, I don't believe in alien abduction, though I have hung out with conspiracy types who do, on a fairly regular basis.

Some reoccurring dreams I've had:
  1. One or more of my teeth falls out.
  2. There's a movie that, when watched, makes the viewers kill each other in very violent ways. I'm the only one unaffected.
  3. I get into a fight with someone from my past, though his identity keeps changing as the dream progresses.
  4. A woman (usually much older) tries to seduce me.

If I think of others, I'll add them.

I dream about my hockey games a lot. Sometimes in those dreams I am a superstar and score lots of goals, and other times I makes mistakes and am a failure. I prefer the prior.

Omoshiroi. Are these re-occurring dreams that you have had recently?

In the dreams where your teeth fall out what else happens? How does the dream start and end?

The people who watch the movie, are you familiar with them or are they complete strangers? Do you all watch the movie together?

Who initiates the fight, you or the person from your past? How does the dream resolve itself?

The woman, is she a stranger or familiar to you? Does she succeed?

My dreams have really been messing with me lately. =_=

Some current themes:

I've had countless dreams about armageddon, or some large scale devastation.

Up until quite recently I kept on dreaming about radiation, radiation sickness and nuclear bombs/ material.

I will often dream about fish.

Every now an again I will have a 'raw' dream which consists of randomly mutating and rolling shapes, colours and sounds. It feels as though I am nothing but these 'raw' unshaped thoughts and emotions, and they roll after me and over me and through me. This description doesn't do the dreams justice, but it's the best I can do in words. I don't know whether to classify this as a nightmare or not, because sometimes I really enjoy the dream and at other times I am hoplessly overwhelmed.

The number one re-occurring theme in my dreams is that of me being chased. I am almost always being chased. One of the first dreams I remember from my early childhood was an epic chase dream with me running from an evil Noddy, who was riding in 'chitty chitty bang bang'. I ran and ran through golden corn fields until the fields gave way into mountain, and I continued running along the spine. Eventually the mountain ran out, and ended in a steep cliff, which I jumped off.

I landed on a ridge with two friends from primary school. They were wearing hawaiian grass skirts and necklaces of flowers. There were three baskets of flowers on the ground and one was for me. We jumped down again with the baskets and landed in a desert town. It was your typical one road, western looking town, except everything had been turned to stone. The people, horses, everything was petrified. We threw the flowers over the town and it came back to life.

Anyway, getting a bit side tracked there. The chase is almost always a game though, and I enjoy outwitting my pursuers by doing all sorts of fantastical things. I have only ever been caught once.
