Some pasta and sausage concoction I put together last night:
penne pasta w/ turkey sausage, plum tomatoes and sauce, garlic, spinach, parmesan.

Today I had two slices of ham from the carving station and a baby spinach salad with cheese, bacon bits, crutons and italian dressing.

I actually ate today.
I made a corned beef this morning, so I had some of that. I'm about to drink some chocolate milk. and of course, I have my usual coffee.
