At least you can fix a roof. I don't even know where the water is coming in in the basement. I'm guessing it's coming up from underneath the ground. Shit, I don't know.

Yeah, the water table is elevated and it comes up through cracks in the foundation. Connecticut weather is probably the worst in this disgusting country.
