is it? did you not notice the announcement at the top of the page?

We've seen an increasing amount of 'chit-chat' in on topic threads. This leads to runaway threads and decreases participation.

I request of all of you to see if what you're posting about is on topic for the thread or part of the 'changing' thread topic and not a mostly personal comment to another member.

Personal comments are okay, but small personal discussions between two members should be kept in Lost & Found or taken to PMs or off-site in IMs.

We will begin taking thread topics a bit more seriously and splitting off 'chit-chat' and moving it to the Lost & Found, so I would appreciate if you all could just evaluate what you post, and where it belongs.
