What archives? It was a simple question as to what bands you have seen recently and it may help explain your comments which are beyond ignorance. I am not even addressing your "taunts" which I guess we can excuse as ravings of a nutcase.Originally posted by Truth Teller
Check the arcvies and you'll find out.
I don't see what this has to do with anything. But I was curious as to revealing your lack of exposure to live and recorded music, since you seem to indicate a very small portfolio of music based on your posts.
By the way, although Big Brother was a great band, Joplin's generally obnoxius vocals are only very smooth and listenable in One Night Stand. Smoking cigarettes and chugging Southern Comfort obviously isn't the best choice for maintaining healthy vocal chords.
Here is some trivia for you TT, The Yardbirds played at my high school back in Oct. 22, 1966.

I see alll sorts of acts [mostly regional] in all styles of music [including classical].
The last famous rock act I saw in concert was Neil Young and Crazy Horse last year,it was the best show I've ever seen .
Byt he way,I've met Ritchie Havens [who opened at Woodstock '69] ,a real nice guy and brilliant guitarist too.

I listen to AAR all the time, but Randi Rhodes is not one of the better shows.
Instead, I'm watching Around the Horn on ESPN.
Randi rocks and I'm listening to her tell the truth about Ralph "the suicide bomber" Nader [or a-hole as I call him].

Steve Albini discussing the current, future, and history of the recording industry.
Just heard a good one:Randi took a call form Wyoming, she asked the caller what he thinks about Wyoming native Dick Cheney the caller said "He's a hero around here,we call him Big Dick".![]()

Tech Web had some programming that was a little slow so, so far tonight.
Bad Company - Live For the Music
Carpenters - Superstar
Government Mule - live version of Helter Skelter
Shawn Lane - live version of Little Wing
Listening to AAR.
And as far as Randi Rhodes goes, she has the wrong attitude on Nader.
One King Down - Poison What You Give
