Seriously, what the hell? I can understand the practice of locking a thread when incivility gets out of hand, but moving a thread to an area of the forum inaccessible to normal users? Shouldn't that be reserved for threads whose sole purpose is the propagation of spam or explicit material?

I am also extra cheesed off because I was planning to reply to someone in that thread. And now I feel that I'm barred from starting a new thread in order to reply, as I'm unable to access the post for reference purposes in order to formulate my response. Lame.

I think the thread involved the concept that asking for documentation in regards to an undocumented, possible illegal alien is equivalent to denying atrocities that occurred during WWII!
