As sorry as I will be to see summer go,I can't wait until the kids go back to school. Every inch of this house is getting scrubbed and then I'm gonna read a few books while enjoying the silence.

God bless her!I don't have it that bad. Just a 15 year old drama queen and a 13 year old boy( my sisters kid) to fight with the drama queen and of course friends in tow. They get bored by the end of the summer, the complaining"I'm bored",in and out tracking everything they get into with them, fighting, screaming and then there's the friends. At your kids age they are like little tornado's leaving a path of destruction in their wake. I just find it hard to clean with kids underfoot and the whinning and nagging of my 15 year old is enough to test anybody's patients. Your wife has my sympathies. She deserves a spa treatment.
Got my kids pants altered today. Yup making progress!
My countdown ended this morning.

Mine continues tonight with orientation and endless forms to fill out. Tomorrow I got the rest of the shopping and then next week off they go. Still haven't heard from the bus company but I think she has Winkle this year instead of FIrst Student so maybe they do things different. Got a bucket, scrub brush and a new bottle of Murphy's all ready to de-kid the house.
