Obama lack of an energy policy because of his bowing to the environmentalists (coal, building keystone, new undated refineries and Nuclear) and using corn for government mandated ethanol which is in short supply due to the drought and is a major reason food prices are high are why gas prices are high.

And it also masks failure. Long term it equals total fail. It's almost as if they want it to happen.
I think liberals have said many times they want it to happen. Its their promise to environmentalist to create high energy prices to get people to get away from non-renewal energy even before renewal energy is available and affordable.

Actually I don't need to image what the cost of those goods, like we use in our everyday lives, that will be shipped on those trucks. It would be the end of the American society as we knew it before Obama.
