Why are Terrorists Allowed on Trains

I was searching You Tube for that attack by terrorists from a lesbian gang who knifed a Viet Nam vet and this was the first thing that appeared on the search. Is there some reason there is no law enforcement on trains? Like why isn't there a big red button to press when the terrorists get all up in ya face like dis?

There are cops on the subway trains. I see them on the trains and subway platforms on a consistent basis.

Here's what you people do, an I've done this with my assault rifle as an add on device . You get a 500 lumen or above LED/Tactical light and carry that shit. If someone comes at you, then you point that shit in their eyes and blind those fuckers. As a matter of fact, it will probably damage their eyes. While they're stumbling around you beat the living, mother flucking shit out of them.
