Marijuana is illegal in most states and people go to jail for it all the time, all of that has been already happening for over 50 years or so. And yes, if most people in a state vote for assholes who oppose marijuana, then so be it. After all, you can always move to California where most people vote for 420 friendly politicians, just like I did.

I guess you didn't vote for the unfriendly LA city council members who has banned the majority of pot shops within their city. You should consider moving to more friendly pot climatic like SF.

I didn't. However, none of that affects marijuana users at all, especially the ones who didn't buy it from the shops usually anyways.
