    Ethiopia, we remember you

A very meaningful event was held at Ethiopia's capital Addis Ababa. The Korean government passed on contributions to the families of Korean war veterans of Ethiopia, one of the 16 UN nations that took part in the gruesome war.
During the Korean war, Ethiopia was the first African country to enter the war, and sent their most elite troops 3 battalions and 3,518 soldiers, including the imperial royal guard.
The brave soldiers risked their lives to fight for Korea's freedom and peace. However, after the war ended, a communist regime was set up in 1974, Ethiopia. As a result the Ethiopian war veterans of Korean war were not compensated for their sacrifice, and sunk to poverty.
Korea has decided to give 50 dollars of donation to the 300 remaining still-living survivors of the Korean war for their life.
The Koreans are aware of the fact that if it were not for the war veterans, there would be no Korea, and are grateful for those who took the risk for world peace.
Korea's Ministry of Patriots-Veterans stated that they would continue to express their gratitude and consolation towards UN war veterans for their sacrifice and contribution.

Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if labor had not first existed. Labor is the superior of capital, and deserves much the higher consideration.
