The New Orleans Police Department did do this, yes. There was a lot of bad shit that went down there dude. I think you and I can agree on this. Further, imagine the same on a higher level. My source is a friend who was on the ground, busting down doors, busting heads and taking away weapons. It happened. I don't have an internet source for you but the Oklahoma guard units were activated and deployed to kick in doors and steal weapons. More importantly, they realized that the police were more vile than they were. It was an exercise of complete brutality.

Do you even know that a new president has been elected in Mexico?

Another example that you don't know what the fuck you are talking about.

    The distinction does matter.
It is difficult for any decent person to sit back and not comment on the anti-Semitism,racism ,sexism ,and all-around ignorance espoused on the majority of DA's posts,it's fucking sad when one gets a warning for simply being a decent person.

Dude, most were renegades. I mean, when your police chief states that no person will be allowed to have a gun, and then he sends in the following: Blackwater, special forces, regular military, the police to kick down doors, beat people up, stomp on their second amendment rights, their 4th amendment rights etc. Katrina was just a test run. A police chief doesn't have that authority, but 100's of so called "law enforcement" officers from around the country followed orders, and broke down doors like it was Iraq and ignored their oath. They took their weapons, beat them silly if they resisted, and drug them kicking and screaming away, the military included although I think the military had it's head wired a bit more tightly. Nevertheless, they were still complicit. Women were raped by the NOPD. I know it for an absolute fact. If you've ever been in that shit hole, you'd say "hey, 86Dude is right, because the cops there are really, really corrupt".

Just like the rest of the long line of presidents of Mexico. Mexico has reverted back to the days of PRI.

Enrique Peña Nieto leader of the PRI

Enrique Peña Nieto’s victory as the new President of Mexico brings concerns not only over how he will represent the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), which has a history of corruption, but also whether his pledges of fighting down the gangs of drug lords are sincere. Mexico, which is riddled with drug cartels that not only smuggle contrabands in the United States, but also orchestrate countless kidnappings and murders, has made such violence its central campaign issue. And though Nieto has promised to halve the number of kidnappings and murders during his six-year term, his plan for doing so remains ambiguous.
