Indeed Jackson seems like he might be double gated. What is troubling is in the USA a clinical psychotic like Jesse Jackson Jr. is STILL a fucking US REPRESENTATIVE. IF an individual is unable to perform the duty of representing the scumbag dummies that voted for him in Chicago for example, why the fluck isn't the worthless piece of shit removed and replaced with....a replacement like in football or anything else?
