So I have been hearing allot of news around the net about Microsoft's new gaming console. Contrary to popular to belief this new machine will not be called Xbox 720, but rather Xbox 8. It is supposed to have killer specs, has any one else heard of this?
I heard the Xbox 8 rumor, but nothing else with regards to specs. One big rumor that I did read is that it would share the Windows core (similar to what the new phone will do) allowing apps to be run on the device. One of the 'fathers of NT' who worked on Windows NT3 to Windows 7, then to work for the server group, then the cloud group, has now gone to work for the Xbox division.
Why can't you just play the games you got and be pateint and buy the console when it comes out and if you beat all your games then play online or get some new games.seriuosly do whatever you want when get the console but it is a waste of time to be ranting about something you have no idea about.
Rumored spec. 4 - 8 cpu cores, gpu from AMD, perfomance est. as 7970.
