Not necessarily...as incidents like this are damned near a dime-a-dozen, and whilst pertinent news, IMO, I deem them more worthy of being here...as the stupidity & idiocy displayed in these incidents is something that maybe *you* or a *friend or relative of yours* MUST have encountered...or, in all probabilty, WILL one day encounter.
