As do I, plus Medicare. That's a three-legged stool of health care coverage - private sector insurance, socialized health services and government insurance. My current premiums and my former military service pay for all my family's health care costs with zero out of pocket.

The ACA benefits my family indirectly, by helping to contain health care costs and by helping business get out from under the yoke of being expected to provide health insurance to their employees. Many others will be getting affordable health insurance for the first time. Even the insurance industry will benefit from the larger insurance pool.

It's win-win-win for America, including the Republicans who feel like losers (as usual?).
