Sneezing
Cracking Knuckles
well obviously its the orgasm, so lets just let that one sit in the corner, rightfully convinced its the winner.
so besides that: which is your favorite?
mine is yawning. i love how with the big yawns your mouth and eyes fill up with water and also that small rush in your head.
i also like when i see others yawn without their hands in front of their mouth and just see that maw opened up in all its mammalian splendour.

Sneezing is a nasal orgasm. Sometimes I sneeze several times in a row and afterward I feel relaxed.
