I believe the age is 51, not 15.

This is what I got from google translate. Is this like a new Nigerian scam? Send money for beauty products and/or skin graph?

Arabic reads right to left, like Hebrew. Numerals from 13-19 are written that way, so 51 would be 15 to us. From 21-99 it's reversed and are read left to right. I assumed that the writer wasn't a 15-yr-old salesman, but an adult, but since it appears to be a scam I guess 15 might tug more at the heartstrings, so bing may be correct. It lacks the context to determine whether it's 15 or 51, it could be either.

p.s. The problem is that they used numerals instead of writing it out. If they'd written "fifteen" or "fifty-one" in Arabic language rather than using Arabic numerals, there'd be no confusion.
