I don't deny that our justice system is corrupt, but you need to look at a much bigger picture to understand why a disproportionate blacks are in the system.

We're talking about how minorities are treated once in the system, compared with whites. I thought that was clear? b) because he doesn't care, he has never sought to learn about the disparity issues, but wants to appear knowledgeable in the discussion nonetheless... clumsily, the best way he has found is to insult everyone
c) he has serious reading comprehension issues, which kind of limits the type of interactions he can have on a debate site - if the insults are all he can contribute because of this, it puts a new, more compassionate spin on things for me

Well, there's our problem, I don't put emotion into it unless it personally happen to me and mine. Are you outraged that an Indian and white guy in Okie murdered 3 blacks? Is your blood boiling? Do you want to put your fist through the wall?

If the system is racist, the system will be elated (weeeeeee) when a black kills a black because we get to have another old-fashioned hanging and remove another black from society for good. Since it doesn't, as your stats shown, it's not racist.
