I really hope more witnesses come out. It's pretty much down to the confrontation and who brought the first blow. He may still be fucked because he was the one who started the confrontation that he later chose to end with a gunshot.
The really sad thing is that he might not get a fair trial. Even this asshole, and I'm pretty set that he's an asshole, deserves a fair trial, and I don't know if that's possible at this point. Only the most disconnected people in Fl would be able to honestly say they haven't already been influenced by the media (or stormfront, whichever).

the question here is what do you define as suspicious behaviour?
so far, the only reason i've ever had to call the police was once a guy stopped me when i was out walking my dog to know if i wanted to buy a gold chain from him. this was suspicous because of where i was walking as there'd be no need to carry money on the walk with the dog as the nearest shop would be 3 miles in the other direction to which i was walking.
