Was driving a 2010 silver ice camaro until work cut my hours from 50-56 hrs/week to 20/week for 2 months and 30/week thereafter.

Driving a 2007 Chevrolet Colorado now. Only had 15,000 miles on it.

Want my camaro back. Made by butt tickle. Ever had your butt tickled?

I currently drive a 2012 Subaru Outback Limited (fully loaded). I'm not really all that into cars so I don't have a dream car. It'd be cool to drive around in a super-sized luxury RV though. I'm talking one of those deals that costs hundreds of thousands of dollars like you see on The Discovery Channel. It'd make "camping" more tolerable.

That, plus, it's my only car, and the z4 is freakin' tiny.

I love the body style, though. The proportions kind of remind me of an old e-type.
Good choice on the corvette, even if it is a convertible. The z4 is essentially a souped up Miata. A car for girls.

A small 1991 Toyota pick up truck and a 1996 Toy Rab 4 for driving on snow or ice.......neither one has ever let me down but the pick up is the one that I drive 90% of the time.....27-32 mpg.

What would I like to drive?......why hell, at my age I like anything that will take me from A to Z.

This is what I drive (google photo)

This is what I'd rather drive (google)

I drive alone 95% of the time but I'm tired of the 5% bitching about extra room. They didn't sell the quad when I bought my PU

That was my last car. Well, GMC Sonoma, but same thing. I had it for 13 years and I paid 13 grand (stripped down version, 4-banger, manual locks/windows, small cab, manual xmission). Not a bad deal, really. I did about as much maintenance as the trade in, so it was roughly 1k/year for a good, reliable truck.

    I drive two Hyundai Elantras, a 2002, and 2012.

Both have been great cars. The 2002 was an absolute steal, because at the time, Hyundai was trying desperately to shed their "only Asian import that sucks worse than a domestic" image, and they were offering crazy deals to get them off the lot. A decade later, we practically had to get in line to get one, and really lucked out finding the exact right model on site.

What I'd like to drive, though, is my old 1960 comet. I spent two summers fixing it up: electrical system, transmission, adding 50hp by replacing its (gutless) engine, repainting the beast until it was shiny. Purty. I've always wished I'd ignored my dad when he said "OK, it's working brilliantly now. Sell it for as much as you can before it breaks!"

In the end, I sold it for several times what I bought it for (it more than covered the cost of parts and my own labor), but looking back, it totally wasn't worth it.

still in the 01 Mustang GT. 75 miles a day with about 142k miles. Most of the small gauges don't work, but it get's about 25mpg.

The Yukon (06) is mostly used for towing and driving back home to LA. It has about 125k miles.

GTO hasn't been driven in over a year. Need to get disc brakes and a new clutch

Bought an 08 Honda Accord Coupe with the 2.4L 4 cyl engine 3 weeks ago. Black with black leather interior. Really nice ride.

What I want is a Red 2012 Boss 302 Mustang and tear up the roads in Utah.

I'll probably end up with a Camaro or a Mustang 302 Boss or something along those lines when I'm ready to get rid of the Corvette. That is, unless someone convinces me that it's not unreasonable to expect to be able to afford maintenance on a Porshe or an Audi.

So, I drive a 2001 Olds Alero with less than 50K. Fine car, but I'd rather drive a 60's GT500 mustang, but For practical purposes a 1989 Ford Festiva with a manual transmission would suffice.

I've never quite understood that complaint. In my opinion it's all relative. If you can afford to buy a car like that you should be able to afford the maintenance. If you can't - don't buy it........... You have to know that at some point the factory maintenance will run out and you'll have to pay for it yourself. However, I do know some people who lease their car so that they don't have to worry about that issue when the time comes.
