The sculpture is currently being made by sculptor E. Spencer Shubert, and, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, is being paid for by private funds raised by the Speaker of the Missouri House.
Limbaugh, a native of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,will be inducted into the hall in May.
“Keep this in mind: It’s not called the Hall of Universally Loved Missourians,” Missouri House Speaker Steve Tilley said Monday, according to the Southeast Missourian. “We’ve inducted people like John Ashcroft, Warren Hearnes and Harry Truman. They certainly had their detractors.”

That's great. That should irritate the leftist losers for a while. Watch them start up a petition, bus in demonstrators, and all sorts of other stupid, gay things that they do when they're angry.
