Doing some work and had to put on my old regular cross training whatever the fluck they are. Wow, what a difference. Barefoot style is so much better. I could instantly feel how when the heel is raised it flucks up the stride. It is so typical as far as consumerism. Running shoes have all this padding, but that is because the padding raises the heel, flucks up the stride and causes shin splints, etc.
what kind did you end up getting? Vibrams?
