I'm wondering when you had your first kiss because I am 16 and haven't had my first kiss or even a boyfriend. I feel uneasy about it because I don't think it's normal. Should I find someone I like for my first kiss or just get it over with anyone who is willing?

I was 4, and the boy had just spent his birthday money on a gift for me, and he gave me a kiss when he gave me the present.
We were friends growing up and he and his wife were at my wedding.

14 for me, with a girl a grade above me. Girlfriend obviously. We were close friends before we started dating and so she thought it was cute that she "took" my first kiss. She took a few other firsts but that's for another time...
Anyways, there's no shame in not having had kissed someone (who knows you might have done it since you posted this). You'll have to be confident and comfortable with not only the other person but yourself most of all before you do it. Be smart and realize that you have a lot of time. I'm in college now and there are a lot of people, smart, funny, overall good people, who I know personally who haven't had their first kiss yet. You'll be fine.

I was in 5th grade, and my age was 13 I think. That or 12. Not sure. But the boy's name was Ian, and we were down in his basement watching Tim Burton's Corpse Bride. I remember him saying to me that we should kiss at the romantic parts. lol. We still are in contact sometimes.
But don't worry about not having a boyfriend or a first kiss yet. It will be worth waiting to kiss someone you really love!

my first kiss..... wow that takes me back. Kindergarten. Girl was 18. we were best friends on the bus, she'd always get on before we got to the school. we ate breakfast together. Girl's name was Rachel. I loved her. too bad she graduated.
