Antioch man wrestles away gun, kills intruder

    by Henry K. Lee
    Wednesday, February 15, 2012

An Antioch man at home with his young son disarmed an 18-year-old man who kicked in his front door and shot him dead with his own gun, the second time in three months that a resident in the city has fought back with deadly results, police said Tuesday.

The latest incident happened about 8:20 p.m. Monday, when a resident on the 4800 block of Wexler Peak Way heard his doorbell ring, said acting police Lt. Diane Aguinaga.

The resident, who was home with his 7-year-old son, did not answer the doorbell right away and then peered out a window, only to see his front door being kicked in "pretty aggressively," Aguinaga said.

"He just jumps the guy and realizes the guy has a gun," Aguinaga said. "He somehow (got) it away from him" and shot the intruder three times in the torso, then called police, she said.

The intruder died at the scene, and his semiautomatic handgun was recovered. He was identified as 18-year-old Jeremiah Stovall of Antioch, who police say had a criminal history that included weapons violations.
"The social contract exists so that everyone doesn’t have to squat in the dust holding a spear to protect his woman and his meat all day every day. It does not exist so that the government can take your spear, your meat, and your woman because it knows better what to do with them." - Instapundit.com

Yes indeed. The death of an 18 year old man is something we should all celebrate.

I'd rather celebrate his death, than the rape and torture of an innocent family. In this, we apparently disagree.

That would make you a better man than I.

I am a better man than you. I'm happy the 18 year old is dead. I'm happy that an innocent family is spared.

This is something you can't understand.

    Angry

Listen up pork steeple, nobody is celebrating. You have to make a quick decision. If you don't kill the little prick then things get messy because he can tell a jury and hire a fancy attorney to make him look like the victim. Shoot the fucker, and he won't squeal, case closed. He shouldn't have been a greasy little thief with a gun. 1 less scumbag on earth JoJO.

There is no way to tell from the article if the man and his son are actually innocent. Is there?

I agree with you once again. You are the better man here.

Happiness is gunning down an 18 year old man with his own gun.

    "Shoot the fucker." he says.

I hear you loud and clear sir.

Fuck off dill hole. Happiness has jack shit to do with anything. When you have a gun in your face you might as well be the cave man with a club staring at the other cave man dragging your bitch away by her hair. Your animal instinct will save you and the ones you love or you'll let the maggot piece of shit get away with the crime because you weren't man enough to become alpha male for once in your pathetic life. What the hell is wrong with you JoJO? Was this guy a negro? Am I being racist? Should he have used harsh language to dissuade the perp from doing his dastardly deed? Maybe he should have offered him some moon pies and a 40 of malt liquor too!

    Ahem.

I am celebrating. I'm glad, I'm happy, and I'm singing because the 18 year old is dead. I hope he's being anally raped at the morgue right now...by whichever racial group he hated most. If I had the address of his mother, I'd fucking send her a card, and balloons right now. My only regret is that his death wasn't captured at 1080p, and put up on the internet for my enjoyment. He deserved to die, I'm happy he did. If I had the power to reset the last few days of history...I would, just so I could watch him die again. I just opened a celebratory beer on the occasion of his death. I'm practically masturbating now...(8x10 color glossy's will cost you extra).

As far as I know I have not yet been guilty of a crime against another man who came to my door for revenge.

Also, my cookies aren't that good. Where I come from there are no moonpies.

    Butt monkeys are people too.

It was you who taught me this by the way.
