Like shit, it doesn't have the intention or means to attack Israel. The Iranians are the world's largest state sponsor of terrorist groups that specialize in attacking Israel.

Hyperbole and no evidence of anything like this. Israel just wants war - period and they seem to be doing anything possible to start one. So some extremist faction in Israel continue support for Likud, they are going to the extent of starting a war whose main purpose is political. And maybe some special interest groups may profit from it.

Bullshit. There is plenty of evidence that Iran is the world's largest state sponsor of terrorism, and that they finance groups like Hamas and the Islamic Jihad.

Moreover, there is substantial evidence the Iranians are developing nuclear weapons as well. Sticking your head in the sand doesn't change that.

Israel just wants war - period and they seem to be doing anything possible to start one.

That's just nonsense. The last thing they want is another war.

So some extremist faction in Israel continue support for Likud, they are going to the extent of starting a war whose main purpose is political. And maybe some special interest groups may profit from it.

The purpose of the war is very simple: to keep nuclear arms out of Iranian hands.

For example:

Iran hasn’t fully cooperated with the United Nations nuclear watchdog group, the International Atomic Energy Agency, creating doubt in the minds of many analysts about what it is up to. A November report by the IAEA found evidence that Iran might still be doing clandestine research on how to create a weapon, undercutting its claims that it has purely peaceful aims.

Iran is also enriching uranium to higher levels than experts believe necessary for most peaceful uses. Iran says it is enriching uranium to roughly 20% to fuel a research reactor, well above the minimum needed to generate electricity but still far below what would be needed for a weapon.

With those conflicting signals, most outside experts believe Iran is trying to master the technology needed to build a nuclear weapon, if it later decides to actually take that step.
