heh.
Mitt Romney says he doesn't care about poor people.
You know, I don't much care for Romney, and planned on voting for Obama, third party, or noone, but this is promising. And best of all, it sounded sincere. Very refreshing. Might be time to take another look at Mitt.

heh.
I started to read the article but now I'm kinda distracted looking at the new Kim Kardashian "cleavage" shots. She does have a nice rack, I have to say.
She doesn't care about the very poor, either.
I can see the usual leftist fanatics are doing their usual lying about what Romney said. Desperately trying to make it sound like he said something different from his actual words - and if that's not lying, what is?
From your own link:
"I’m in this race because I care about Americans," Romney said. "I’m not concerned about the very poor. We have a safety net there. If it needs a repair, I’ll fix it."
When challenged on his statement, Romney defended his words and said he had no plans to devote his attention to the very poor — or the very rich.
“I said I’m not concerned about the very poor that have a safety net, but if it has holes in it, I will repair them," he said.
The leftist fanatics don't dare reveal that Romney, in fact, offered governmental perfection to the poor, saying he would make sure that NONE of them fall through the cracks. Instead, they carefully cut away half of what he said, and then try to pretend they are telling the "truth" about it.
Same sh*t, different day from the leftist fanatics of the DA board.
And they wonder why nobody listens to them any more?

"The social contract exists so that everyone doesn’t have to squat in the dust holding a spear to protect his woman and his meat all day every day. It does not exist so that the government can take your spear, your meat, and your woman because it knows better what to do with them." - Instapundit.com
Hey, I don't know what your problem is. I'm on Mitt's side on this one. We've been coddling the poor in this nation for far too long. It's time they gave something back.

Actually, it's not a misquote. He said "I’m not concerned about the very poor."
From this, one could reasonably infer that he's not concerned about the very poor.

That's because Mitt has never tried to feed a family of 4 on a grocery budget of $40 per week.
I'm glad there is a safety net there, but "fixing the holes" would require that more money than anyone would want spent to fix them.
The grocery budget above has been mine for the last 4 months.
I don't get any assistance as I make too much, so I have to figure out how to make my budget work.
I'm doing all the "right" things like interviewing for better jobs, and robbing Peter to pay Paul in the meantime.

I missed your debunkery. Perhaps you forgot to post a link to a publication correcting Mitt's quote?

Romney, like Obama, not only doesn't give a fuck about very poor people, he also doesn't give a fuck about you -- unless you are very wealthy. You're like the very poor in that you don't count, and you don't matter, not even a little, as long as you give your money and kids to the government so that Romney, Obama and their friends (who are not your friends) can continue to live high on the hog. That's your role, fuckface. So fuck you!

Apesar de tudo existe, uma fonte de água pura
Quem beber daquela água, não terá mais amargura
Desilusão, desilusão
Danço eu dança você
Na dança da solidão

What are you saying? I thought he said he cared about Americans. Americans, Guido. He also said he didn't care about the very wealthy.
I'm so confused.

How do you know what they think?
I believe the above is an exact quote. Just saying he doesn't care about the very poor is taking it out of context and you know it is."By the way, I'm in this race because I care about Americans. I'm not concerned about the very poor. We have a safety net there. If it needs repair, I'll fix it. I'm not concerned about the very rich. They're doing just fine. I'm concerned about the very heart of America, the 90, 95 percent of Americans who right now are struggling. I'll continue to take that message across the nation."
IMO whether you support Romney or not you should at least post the full context of the quote. Otherwise its a pure dishonest political hatch job and a poor one at that.

OH FAT MIKE
So how is Romney different from the brie and chardonnay Democrats, exactly? They really hate the poor and specially working people, obviously more than Romney does.
