    Sport for fitness

    Guys...
    what do you think which sport is best option for the purpose of gaining fitness...??
    share your opinion with me...

    Sport is a great way to make fitness healthy. Sport is a one type of exercise. Sport can improve the playing skill as well as it is one type of exercises. That make our body healthy. Football give the exercise to the lags. Tennis is exercise for the hand.

    but you can't do it on your own, you need a companion to do so. this need of a companion puts limits to when you can partake in the exercise soi it's not suitable as a form of getting fit.
    while cycling on the other hand, you can.

    Yoga is a great way to stay fit. I admit you have to be built for yoga, having a flexible body and all that.

    I would say MMA for sure. I have played soccer, wrestling, mma, and baseball and most of them in college. MMA is the best all around workout depending on what your training reg is.

    Lap-swimming.

    30 laps 5 days a week in a 25-meter pool is a wonderful way to stay fit. Yes, if I did reach that goal and still do it a cadaver can do it (no, it wasn't easy, it took patience).

    Most of us live within driving range of a nice YMCA pool (or something similiar) where lap-swimmers are not hindered by screaming kids.

    It offers aerobics, strength training, and it help with flexibility (which is much overlooked by too many of us). It is also low impact which reduces injuries.
