Someday, he very well may be considered the greatest of modern presidents.

I suppose that would be the case with the following preconditions:

1) "Modern President" is defined as a President who occupied the Oval Office after January 20th 2009.

2) Things are so dire that every President elected after Obama somehow manages to do a worse job of being President than Obama has done thus far.

The last stimulus didn't produce the desired effect you and others predicted, so why should another 10 trillion be any different?
The only way to get out of the mess we are in due to both Bush and the lack of leadership of Obama is for government to get the hell out of the way and let private industry get the job done. All the government has done is get in the way with useless, job killing regulations.
