How do you like your eggs?

you sound like my oldest daughter and my older sister. They both eat lots of eggs in different ways. Well my sister did anyway until the doctor told her to lay off the eggs every day due to high cholseteral. Now we are both stuck eatin egg substitute.

Wow! that really blows. I hope that doesn't happen to me because I really like eggs and I only get one for breakfast. Dunno I like waffles more!

Egg substitute isnt bad if you like scrambled or omlettes. It doesn't replace/replicate a nice sunny side up egg, but for the mixed/beaten ones it actually is very good.

No it's not bad. I usually put some veggie jack cheese, tomato and fajita seasoning in it and wrap it in a flour tortilla. As good as that is I'd still rather have two eggs over easy with buttery toast to dip in the yolk and a nice big cup of tea.

Yes it does. After 40 it's all down hill so enjoy these years while you can. Lucky for you you're a long way off.

Dip the bread in the egg with some spices and onion, fry it and my favorite french toast is ready - just how I like it.

I like either "loaded" omelets or poached eggs w/toast or with crumbled saltines. We don't eat many eggs so they're a treat for me when we do. We had scrambled eggs w/veggies over rice the other evening for supper.

Eggs gross me out, and gag me, anyway they're served by themselves.

Fried in butter, over easy, with a touch of salt, and a shake or two of pepper. Next to a pile of crispy hash browns, a couple links of breakfast sausage, and a huge cup of fresh, hot coffee....Mmmmm. Pour a little white breakfast gravy over it all, and I'm in heaven.
