How do you like your eggs?

Everybody likes them differently, some in interesting ways. When I waitresses one of the regulars like his eggs sunny side up and burned on bottom.

I Like mine over easy with lots of pepper and two slices of buttered toast to soak up the yolk.

Exactly the same here and I'd be willing to bet we are in the majority.

I accidentally discovered a new favorite a while back. I was making an omelette and had some chopped onion frying in a pan and got distracted. The onion got ever so slightly burned around the edges and rather than throw them out and start over I just placed a couple of eggs on top and prepared them over easy. The result was freaking awesome.

Scrambled! But not runny. Unless I'm having a bacon and egg butty and then I have it fried with a runny yolk and crispy bacon with BBQ sauce.

Do you put anything in the egg subsitute? My Mom makes a garbage omelette with any vegetable she just happens to have in the frig.

BBQ sauce? On bacon and eggs? That's different. Don't know that I ever heard of anyone putting BBQ sauce on bacon and eggs. I gotta try that now.

Unless things have changed down undah your best chance at trying it would be to use HP sauce. That's what Aussie BBQ sauce resembles.

    I went through a stage where I used A1 for a while.

It has to be in a bread roll though! Runny yolk.

    Reddish plastic bottle, yellow cap?

While I'll admit it's different from HP it's the closest I could come in comparison. North American BBQ sauces are quite different.

I'll eat them almost any way I can get them

If I'm making them, they'll be over medium or scrambled, but pretty loose. If I'm out for brunch I'll often get an Omlette or poached eggs.

Hmm the one I'm thinking of is brown bottle, blue label for HP. Brown bottle, yellow twist cap for BBQ.

I like my eggs soft scrambled with melted cheddar cheese. I like them fried too with runny yolks. I like deviled eggs too and French Toast. If we have omlettes then I like them with onion, tomatos, peppers, cheese, and crab.
Mostly with eggs I like waffles and maple syrup or toast and honey, sausages or grilled bratwurst, and mango nectar.

you sound like my oldest daughter and my older sister. They both eat lots of eggs in different ways. Well my sister did anyway until the doctor told her to lay off the eggs every day due to high cholseteral. Now we are both stuck eatin egg substitute.
