In a hundred years the people who are left will all pray to Mecca five times a day.
That's if we don't self-destruct. Will we discover fusion power, will humankind land on Mars?

Remember the axiom of big government bureaucrats: If it moves, tax it. If it keeps moving, regulate it. When, finally, under the crushing weight of taxes and regulation, it stops moving, subsidize it. Going Postal
It's fascinating to think about. When I think about my adult life, in some ways not a lot has changed, but in some ways the world is tremendously different. Things that seem insignificant, like how we get from Point A to point B were horribly different. Thomas Guide, map quest, google maps mobile. How we save and store memories, 35m, digital, camera phones, facebook. Taking 1910 to 2010, I cannot imagine what has changed. Planes, cars, space shuttles, computers, the internet, smart phones. Even going back to 1810, the steam engine, railroads, advances in weaponry. So, what does the world look like 100 years from now? It's hard to predict, but it's damn exciting!
Wow that's a tall order... I'm sure you understand that humanity is facing a handful of existential threats, making it hard for an informed person to believe that we won't self destruct.
So in that light I think the world will look like mad max crossed with waterworld crossed with the new world in 1491
Nah, there will be a war inside the United States, because we will come close to praying to Mecca but people will wake up and fight when they realize Islam is a Trojan Horse. The war will be global and we will all be rebuilding from that war 100 years from now. Because of the close call, PC will be a thing of the past and the government will under go a major overhaul.
