    Active devolution

Georgia is a democratic state, you say. It is wonderful country and wonderful people, you say.
This wonderful people will degrade and disband soon. Living standards of that wonderful people is as low as some where in Africa. Those Georgian authorities are very proud of so-called "free" medical treatment and education. But those "free" physicians demand very high "additional" payments. So that average Georgian isn’t able to afford such "free" health service. And education is even worth. After incomplete reforms there is nothing you could pay for here. And young Georgians will be generation of retards. Secondary-level education isn’t financed well nor supplied with necessary literature in Georgia. The majority of Georgian high-school leavers can only read and write and hardly know times tables. Most of them don’t even think of the third-level education. They seek for unskilled jobs of janitors and freight movers or become farm servants on the fields and vineyards of their own high officials and foreigners.
That’s democracy a-la Saakashvili. The high and mighty scrounge off their own people and beg Americans and Europeans for handout. And common people aren’t able to get rid of those vermins for they cannot string several words together because of lack of education.

Lets hope the Georgians can stage a revolution and get democracy the way they did in the Middle East.
Labor is prior to, and independent of, capital. Capital is only the fruit of labor, and could never have existed if labor had not first existed. Labor is the superior of capital, and deserves much the higher consideration.

Let's hope not. The traditional Islamo-Nazi method of 'Peace Through Genocide and Mindless Atavism' isn't a democratic way of doing anything.
President Josiah Bartlet: Sweden has a 100% literacy rate. 100%! How do they do that?

Leo McGarry: Maybe they don't and they can't add.

Devolution is a behavior in Active Directory environments that allows client computers that are members of a child namespace to access resources in the parent namespace without the need to explicitly provide the fully qualified domain name (FQDN) of the resource.

The Judeo-Nazi method of genocide is so much cleverer!

    Georgia is a Christian nation.
