The Fit 2 Fat 2 Fit Guy...

Have you heard about him? He was super fit but decided to get fat in order to get fit again. Something about learning how hard it is for other people to lose weight. What are your thoughts?

Awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome marketing. Holy shit, that is genius. This guy is making money while getting fat through via google adsense, but he's really going to make a killing when he comes out with his weight loss product when he gets back to "fit" again. He'll have amassed a huge mailing list, a huge following, gotten tons of publicity...really great idea.

I agree. He will make it look so "easy" and the masses won't realize things like the body has memory and such. Sure the muscle his hidden by fat but it's still there. It will burn a ton of calories while he sleeps. Not to mention the fact that the already existing muscle will make it easier for him to exercise despite the fat. He will be able to lose it much easier than someone who has been fat all their life. But that's not the point. The fat people will think they can do it, too, and spend a ton of money on whatever products he starts selling.

He said in his blog that his testosterone levels have dropped to the level he was at as a prepubescent boy.

I've never heard that weight gain would have a drastic impact on testosterone in such a short time. I'm skeptical. It's likely more due to his lack of constantly taking protein supplements and steroids. Not to mention he likely used to inject something to artificially increase those levels. It's amazing the shit meatheads will do to their bodies in pursuit of "perfection"...

    This is likely.

However, I will say that when I cut HFCS out of my diet, within 48 hours I was as desperately horny as a high school virgin, and remained like that for another few days as my body chemistry reset. Is this just a correlation? Could it be something else that did this to me? I dunno. But while this guy is probably exaggerating to sell his book/program, I don't doubt that his testosterone levels have fallen -- perhaps even dramatically -- due to his nasty diet.

Dick, it's true that being overweight does lower your testosterone. Also, I doubt the guy was on steroids. He doesn't have that steroid look, he really wasn't that built prior to this experiment. He was built, but he wasn't bodybuilder/steroid built.

Damn I called it, he did exactly what I said he was gonna do. He's built a list, wrote a book, and is shooting for some sort of TV show....
