about which I of course have NFI…
my favorite such NFI questions usually involve the UK (or some place that used to be a part of the British Empire)...
and goes something like this:
In (some random year), which of the following towns (that I never heard of) hosted the championship for (a sport I know nothing about), in which (some person I never heard of) scored the game-winning (sports term I never heard of) for the (team I never heard of) to defeat the (other team I never heard of) by a score of (a pair of random numbers separated by a hyphen) and win the (sports trophy I never heard of)? Hint: The town hosting the championship is famous for its (culinary dish I never heard of), and the captain of (one of the two teams I never heard of) used to be married to the popular star of (some tv show I never heard of), who originally hailed from this town, and whose mother became highly successful in her own right by selling her secret recipe for (the town’s culinary specialty I never heard of) to the (brand name I never heard of) for (a big number preceded by a funny-looking symbol).
