Tonight I for a potluck party I made a baked penne dish, it had a spicy vodka sauce (with extra garlic and pancetta, yum!) tossed with sliced italian sausage and fresh basil then topped with provolone, shaved parmesan and a sprinkle of italian parsley. I can't wait to eat some!

I think I am going to persuade hubby to go out to eat tonight.

Tonight I had Lentil Soup for dinner, I've never had it before but it was delicious! I got it at the hot soup bar at the grocery store.

I am having toast for tea tonight.

That doesn't sound like much - but I haven't had a toaster for at least three years, I miss having one, so I'll be cooking a whole loaf of bread tonight, hahaa

My special tacos are on the menu for tonight! Hard shells only

And if you're wondering what makes them special I mix a few tablespoons of TGIF Buffalo Cheddar spread into the taco meat
