Chengs Buffet! They don't have my favorite, Moo goo gai pan and the rest of the chinese food there is greasy so I stuck to the unfried sea food.

Stuffed and raw clams, marinated squid, mussels, steamers, various shrimp, baked salmon and crab. Steamed vegies and strawberry Ice cream for dessert.

it was nice not to have to cook.

Stirfry. Baked tofu, snap peas, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, asparagus, onion, , mushrooms, bok choy. I've decided I'm not eating meat for a while. I had some chicken go bad in my frig and the stench was something else.

Spicy-lime chicken breasts with rice & salsa, spinach salad, and veggies & dip. Okay, my daughter & I ate the veggies while we were preparing the chicken marinade...they weren't really for supper.

Last night I made sausage-stuffed peppers. I followed this recipe:

I used chicken sausage. Quite tasty.

What a great day for grilling, so I think I will! Chicken breasts (bone in) on the grill tonight. I'll grill a potpourri of veggies too, depending on what I've got in the fridge. I know there are mushrooms and peppers in there. I think I'm out of onions though.

Last night I grilled some sliders made with ground turkey. I bought the sliders at Stew Leonards. Not great. Way too plain. It was just sliders made with ground turkey...no spices, no additions. I did top the sliders with bbq sauce, cheese and pickles, but the meat itself was still very bland. I think I'll stick to creating my own burgers.
