Tonight my mom stopped by the hotel to visit for a bit (she was passing through the area). She brought me some of her homemade lasagna. God, it's to die for. I <3 my momma.

Easy dinner tonight. I threw some boneless chicken in the crocker this morning with a cooking sauce, then shredded it after work. I made some pearl couscous to go with it (damn that stuff is good). Accompanied with two beers.
