Today was a day of decadence. For lunch, I had a piece of my momma's lasagna, which is the best lasagna I've ever tasted, and no one has ever been able to top. I had some cucumber salad on the side.

For dinner, I made myself the most delicious tuna wrap. I made a yellowfin tuna steak (very well seasoned) and put it in a whole-wheat tortilla with onion, some pineapple salsa, and a bit of feta) and had some orange pepper strips on the side.

I love seafood, but I have to stop eating so much of it. I also don't want to get mercury poisoning or it'll turn my brain.

Thanks! I like to use green onions, chives, lots of things to garnish a meal.

Tonight I stopped at Wendy's and had a spicy chicken sandwich and unsweetened iced tea. I've never had their spicy chicken sandwich but I totally love their chicken nuggets so I figured I'd give it a try. I was a little disappointed.

i once had extremely little money for three weeks, and so had to eat meager, uninteresting meals and have no fun at all for that entire time. when money came in i made this:

its pasta with gorgonzal melted all through it. then an italian cream sauce with spinach, nuts, various mushrooms and chunks of spiced tofu. on top of that cheese (gouda), on top of that brie, on top of that bechamel sauce, on top of that more cheese

it was great, but really fat and really filling and REALLY cheesy. it never got past this point:

ive never appreciated a meal more...
