    Survived The 70s? The Good, the Bad and the Ugly...

    Love it, hate it or somewhat in between... lets play some 70s music.

    (Note... I looked for the all time worst 70s song, run Joey Run but found nothing. If anyone can find a video with the original music please post it here or let me know,)

    Some of you will get quite the laugh out of this (NB trivia time!) - I was probably one of the biggest Rollermaniacs in Philly back in the day. For about 2 years back in high school, my locker was decorated top to bottom with these guys! And yes, I even wore the "Roller gear" then - wish I still had it! I like to relive those days every now and again - to this day I'm still friends with some of the fans I met then!

    I was glued to the TV in the 70s, between Midnight Special and Don Kirshner's Rock Concert! I wish Viacom and the record labels hadn't screwed around with the vids - they're the best viewing going! (In the case of MS, though, they want you to buy the boxed sets. )

    Another of my favorites from '79 - I used to go all over the place to their shows! I saw them at Chicagofest in '81, but that was a bonus, not the primary purpose of the trip.

    Yep - did that too! The first local club I got into on my own was a place called The Hot Club back in '79. Also spent a lot of time at CBGB then too.

    I'll have to scope around YouTube for some of that stuff later if I get a chance.
